LATERAL privacy notice
This notice describes the verified technical handling used during the current public test. It is not a complete legal privacy policy and requires owner/legal review before broader commercial release.
Artwork processing
LATERAL processes uploaded artwork locally in your browser or device. Artwork, filenames, thumbnails, image pixels, stencils, value maps and image exports are not transmitted to the LATERAL server or Supabase for image processing.
Account and usage data
The current service uses Supabase for authentication, persistent sessions and public-test account functions. The service may process:
- your email address and authentication/session data;
- the selected account type: Tattoo Artist or Beginner / Apprentice;
- the privacy notice version and acceptance time recorded during signup;
- minimal daily project usage data used to enforce the free project limit.
Data stored on this device
The browser may retain authentication session data and local interface preferences. Feedback entered through the current feedback form is saved only as a local draft on the device unless a future approved sending service is introduced.
Scope of this notice
No claim is made here about retention periods, statutory rights, processors or international transfers beyond what has been technically verified in the current build. Those sections require owner/legal confirmation.
